Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes - Later Series 56.  It is also somewhat

similar to Early Series 54 L but the 133 body shape is more slender.

Height;  24 - 25 cm.

This is a shape where applied decoration is usual (133 M). Undecorated pieces like these are rare.

For comparison, Early Series 54 LM on the left and 133 M on the right. The 54 L shape is plumper.

133 M is relatively hard to find, 54 LM less so.
