Shape book 'A'
The shape book is annotated "White" for this shape, and every shape in the range 175 -180.
Amongst examples in the image database, however, not every piece is white as can be seen here, although most are.

Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes,  'A' Series / Kerryl A91 
Early Series 1-12 is also similar but doesn't have the holes.
