Does this shape appear in other series?  Yes -  Early Series 265

Size;  7 - 7.5 cm square

Shape book 'A'
Shape book has no sketch.

Some details run off the photocopy edge but note  "W 4½".   4½ inches is bigger than these examples, even allowing for drying shrinkage. Perhaps it refers to the turned diameter before slicing the sides square.
