Does this shape appear in other series?  No - (none recorded).
Later Series 108 is similar but with the addition of two handles.

The shape book entry for 118 has no sketch, just the handwritten note "Same as 108 but plain".
There were three size variants, with inch suffixes 6, 7 and 9.
