129 (Early Series) TWO SHAPES (?)
Although no example is recorded, there is some evidence for a 129 shape having existed prior to the 129 candlestick.
129 (?) (Early Series) Vase.
Does this shape appear in other series? Can't tell - no example is recorded and there is no sketch.
Shape book 'C' which is very early, probably dating from 1934, contains a cryptic reference to 129/8. An 8-inch height (20 cm) as implied by the suffix clearly couldn't have belonged to the candlestick shape below. Presumably it was a vase because the reference is to a jug version of it - many vase shapes had jug versions.
(Crossed out) "same as 129/8 only Jug"
Whatever happened here, no.
